This license allows you access to the EcuTek cloud! 

The EcuTek cloud service allows you to download maps and upload data logs to and from your tuner. This license is required for remote tuning via the EcuTek ECU Connect app on your mobile device.

This is a one-time purchase and is specific to your VIN number. Once the license is purchased, it is yours forever.
